FUDCon Boston 2008

RedHat Summit was great, but not as much as FUDCon! It was an occasion for me to know a lot of people that I only knew by “Internet” tools… and an handshake sometime is better then a hundred emails :-)

Format was “barcamp“, a social and interactive way to schedule presentations and talks (very appropriate in a “Fedora context”).

Now I’m involved into some opensource projects (especially about “configuration management”), and I’ve been happy to met other developers and sysadmins really into this topic (Func, CSI, Puppe and so on….). I see good things at the horizon…

Here you are the link to see some shots taken during the event:

I’m looking forward to attendee next FUDCon in Europe!

Boston University is a “bit” better then my old University in Italy…. isn’t it?

My gorillapod (http://www.joby.com/) stayed home. Next time I’ll take it!

I am still envious of you having your SLR with you, which I didn’t take as I didn’t want to check anything at the airport. Lots of good photo ops in Boston!
