I made a wonderful yourt pie with Lucia and my grandmother in occasion of my brother’s brithday.

here the recipe:

Ingredients:

1. 2 small containers of yogurt
2. 3 small containers of flour (the same of yogurt please )
3. 2 small containers of sugar
4. lemon rind
5. leaven
6. 3 eggs
7. butter and flour for the pot
Steps:
1. put egg yolks into the pot. Add the sugar and mix until it will be soft cream
2. add one spoon of flour and one spoon of yogurt and mix. The result has to be homogenous
3. add the lemon rind and the leaven.
4. beat the egg white and put it into the mix
5. cook into furnace on 180° for 30 minutes
